13. சான்மலி
வேறுபாடு பாராமல் எல்லா மங்கையரோடும்
நீசத் தனமாகக் குலவுபவர்களின் நரகம் இது.
வஜ்ரகண்டகம் என்ற முட்களால் அவர்களைக்
குத்திக் குத்தித் துன்புறுத்துவர் யமகிங்கரர்கள்.
14. வைதரணி
நீர் மயமானது இந்த வைதரணி நரகம்;
நீராக இருப்பவை நாம் அருவருப்பவை!
மலம், மூத்திரம், ரத்தம், சீழ், தலை மயிர்,
எலும்பு, நகம், இறைச்சி, கொழுப்பு இவை.
சாஸ்திர நெறிக்குத் தீங்கு இழைப்பவரைத்
தள்ளுவர் வைதரிணியில் யமகிங்கரர்கள்.
கடிக்கும் இவர்களை நீர் வாழும் கொடிய ஜந்துக்கள்!
துடிப்பர் தாளாத வேதனையால் – மாளவும் முடியாமல்!
15. பூயோதம்
ஆசாரம், ஒழுக்கத்தைத் துறந்து விட்டவர்கள்;
தகாத தாழ்ந்த பெண்ணுடன் கூடிக் குலவுபவர்,
பறவைகள், விலங்குகள் போல வாழ்கின்றவர்;
இரக்கம் இன்றித் தள்ளப்படுவர் பூயோதத்தில்!
நிறைந்திருக்கும் இதில் மலம், மூத்திரம், சீழ், உதிரம்.
அருவருக்கும் இவற்றை உண்பர் இதில் விழுந்தவர்கள்!
16. பிராண ரோதம்
பிராணிகளின் எஜமானன் ஆகிய அந்தணனை;
பிராணிகளைக் குரூரமாக வேட்டையாடுபவனை;
தள்ளுவர் பிராணரோத நரகத்தில் கிங்கரர்கள்;
எய்வர் கூரிய அம்புகளை உடல் வருந்துமாறு!
17. விசஸனம்
ஆடம்பரத்துக்காக யாகங்களைச் செய்பவர்;
ஆடம்பரத்துக்காகப் பசுக்களைக் கொல்பவர்;
திடமாக அடையும் நரகம் விசஸனம் – இவர்கள்
அடிக்கப் படுவார்கள் கொடூரமான சாட்டையால்!
18. லாலாபக்ஷம்
விபரீதக் காமாந்தகன் மனைவியைத் தன்
வீரியத்தைக் குடிக்கும்படி வற்புறுத்தினால்,
இந்திரியக் குண்டதில் தள்ளிவிடுவர் அவனை!
அந்த வீரியத்தையே உண்ணச் செய்வர் அவனை!

8#21c. HELLS (13 TO 18)
13. S’almalee Hell
When a man goes to all sorts of wombs for unnatural crimes, he is taken to Vajra KaNtaka Naraka and placed on the top of an iron S’almalee wood.
14. VaitaraNee Hell
When a King or any royal personage follows the unrighteous path and breaks the boundary of a law, he is sent to the Hell VaitaraNee – the ditch surrounding that hell. There the aquatic animals eat his body from all around him! Yet neither his life nor his body leaves him. He is thrown into the river filled with feces, urine, puss, blood, hairs, bones, nails, flesh, marrow and fat and suffers in this Hell.
15. Booyodam
Those who are the husbands of very young girls under twelve years of age; those who are the husbands of barren women; those who do not care about any S’aucha; those who do not have any shame and those who do not follow one’s natural customs and rites and those who live like the birds and beasts are thrown into this hell. It is filled with feces, urine, sputum, blood and other impurities. When they feel hungry, they are forced to eat the filthy things.
16. PrANa ROdham Hell
Those persons who are twice born but maintain dogs and asses; those who are addicted to hunting; those who kill beasts, birds and deer daily for no reasons, are specially watched by the servants of Yama who tear them asunder by shooting sharp arrows at them.
17. Visasanam Hell
He who kills animals, engaged vainly in a sacrifice and addicted to haughty tempers and habits, is thrown into this hell by the Yama’s servants and whipped very severely.
18. LAlApaksham hell
The twice-born who has weird sexual perversions and forces his wife to do the unnatural acts of love making or copulates blindly with all types of women, is taken by the Yama’s messengers into the hell filled with semen and he is made to drink that.
