9#43b. ஸ்வாஹா தேவி (2)

வருந்தினாள் இதைக் கேட்ட ஸ்வாஹா தேவி;
“விரும்புகின்றேன் நான் கிருஷ்ணனை மணக்க!

நடப்பவை அனைத்தும் நடப்பது கிருஷ்ணனால்;
அடைய வேண்டும் நானும் கிருஷ்ண மூர்த்தியை!”

ஒற்றைக் காலில் தவம் செய்தாள் ஸ்வாஹா தேவி;
தோற்றம் தந்தான் அன்புடன் ஸ்ரீ கிருஷ்ண மூர்த்தி.

தாங்கொண்ணாத மகிழ்ச்சியில் மூர்ச்சித்து விழத்
தாங்கி எழுப்பினான் ஸ்ரீ கிருஷ்ணமூர்த்தி அவளை!

“எடுப்பேன் வராஹ அவதாரம் எதிர் காலத்தில்!
அடைவாய் நீ அப்போது என்னைக் கணவனாக!

பிறப்பாய் நக்னிஜிதனுக்குப் புதல்வியாக!
பெறுவாய் நாக்னிஜிதீ என்னும் பெயரை!

அக்னி தேவனின் மனைவி ஆவாய் இப்போது!
அக்னி தேவனின் எரிக்கும் திறன் ஆவாய் நீ!

அங்கமாக இருப்பாய் நீ அவன் மந்திரங்களுக்கு!
பங்கமின்றித் தருவாய் ஹவிஸ்ஸை தேவருக்கு!

மகிழ்ச்சியாக வைத்துக் கொள்வான் உன்னை.
மகிழ்வடைந்த அக்னி தேவன் உன் சக்தியால்!”

மணம் புரிந்து கொண்டான் அக்னி தேவன்
மந்திரப் பூர்வமாக ஸ்வாஹா தேவியை.

அக்னி சுகித்திருந்தான் ஸ்வாஹா தேவியுடன்
ஆயிரம் தேவ வருடங்கள் இல்லற வாழ்வினில்.

ஜனித்தனர் மூன்று மகன்கள் அவர்களுக்கு!
தக்ஷிணாக்னி, கார்ஹபத்யாக்னி, ஆஹவனீயம்.

உலகம் உய்ய வேண்டும்! விசாலம். K. ராமன்

9#43b. SwAhA Devi (2)

SwAhA Devi became sad on hearing this request. She said, “Everything in this universe happens because of Sri Krishna. I want to marry him and no one else.”

SwAhA Devi did severe penance standing on one leg. Sri Krishna was pleased and gave her his darshan. She fainted at his sight due to overwhelming happiness! Krishna brought her around and told her:

“I will take an avatar as a divine boar in the future. You will become my wife then. You will be born as the daughter of king Nagnijith and bear the name as NAgnijithee.

Now you will marry Agni Devan and become his wife and his burning power. Your name will form a part of the mantrAs uttered during the offering of the havisu. You have to make sure that the havisu reaches the Devas in Heaven. Agni will keep you happy since you will become his burning power.”

Agni married SwAhA with the auspicious mantras uttered and they lived happily for one thousand celestial years. They were blessed with three sons named DakshinAgni, GArhyapatyAgni and AhavaneeyAgni.
