9#45d. தக்ஷிணா தேவி துதி

துதித்தார் யக்ஞமூர்த்தி தக்ஷிணா தேவியைப் போற்றிட;
துதித்தார் யக்ஞமூர்த்தி தக்ஷிணா தேவியைப் பெற்றிட.

“இருந்தாய் கோலோகத்தில் ஒரு கோபியாக;
இருந்தாய் ராதைக்கு அழகில் சமமானவளாக!

இருந்தாய் கிருஷ்ணனின் பிரியமான நாயகியாக;
பிறந்தாய் லக்ஷ்மியின் தக்ஷிண புஜத்திலிருந்து.

பெற்றிருந்தாய் முன்பு சுசீலை என்னும் பெயரை;
பெற்றுள்ளாய் இன்று தக்ஷிணா என்ற பெயரை.

தள்ளப்பட்டாய் ராதையின் கொடிய சாபத்தால்!
தள்ளப்பட்டாய் கோலோகத்திலிருந்து என்னிடம்!

ஏற்றுக் கொள்வாய் என்னை உன் கணவனாக!
நற் கர்மங்களுக்குப் பலன் தரும் தேவி நீயே!

கர்மங்கள் வீணாகாமல் காக்கின்றவள் நீயே!
கர்மங்கள் வீணாகிப் போகும் நீ இல்லாவிடில்!

விளங்குகின்றாய் பிரம்மனின் கர்ம ரூபியாக;
விளங்குகின்றாய் மகேஸ்வரனின் பல ரூபியாக;

விளங்குகின்றாய் விஷ்ணுவின் யக்ஞ ரூபியாக;
விளங்குகின்றாய் நீ மும்மூர்த்தியரின் சார ரூபியாக;

பலனளிக்க வல்லவள் ஆகி விட்டாய் நீ தேவி
பரபிரம்ம ஸ்வரூபிணி பராசக்தியின் அருளால்.

சக்தியாக உள்ளாய் எனக்குப் பிறவி தோறும் – நான்
சக்தியுடையவன் ஆவேன் உன்னுடன் சேர்ந்தால்!”

துதியின் பயன்

யாக, யக்ஞங்களைத் தொடங்கும் முன் துதித்தால்
யாக, யக்ஞங்கள் நிறைவேறும் தடங்கல்கள் இன்றி!

9#45d. DakshiNA Devi Stuti

Yagna Moorthi worshipped DakhiNA Devi in this manner to win her affection and to marry her.

“You were a gopi named SuseelA in the Goloka! You were equal to RAdhA in your beauty. You were very dear to Sri KrishNan!

You were born from the right shoulder (DakshiNa bhujam) of Lakshmi Devi and got your name as DakshiNA Devi.

You were known by the name SuseelA earlier! Now you are known by the name DakshiNA. You were expelled from Goloka by the terrible curse cast by RAdhA. You were expelled from Goloka so that you can come to me!

Accept me as your husband dear Devi! You are the one who bestows the fruits of good Karmas. You are the one who makes the karmas bear fruits. But for you, all the Karmas will get wasted.

You exist as the Karma roopi in BrahmA; the Bala roopi in Maheswara and the Yagna roopi in VishNu. You are the very essence of the holy Trinity.

You got the power to bestow the fruits of the good actions by the grace of the Devi ParA Skakti. You are my power and my Shakti. I shall obtain my Shakti from you by my association with you!”
